Our group workshops are a great way to gain valuable knowledge and skills to increase your physical and mental wellbeing. Held in person in beautiful locations like the Gold Coast Hinterland, Sunshine Coast and Brisbane, you will be able to enjoy a beautiful, easy walk through nature, all while learning invaluable skills to improve your life
Our workshops consist of the following:
Providing education related to mental health, including the functions of your nervous system and the symptoms and risks of stress on the mind and body
Skill development for regulating your emotions and stress, to be able to cope effectively with all the challenges life throws at us
Topics such as goal setting and values
The workshops are a great way to engage in self-development activities, get your friends or family together, or even a team building exercise!
